On Friday July 25th the fire door/stairwell door to staircase #1 on the 9th floor was found jammed open.
Residents are reminded that this is not permitted and results in a serious safety and security situation for all of us.
Indeed the fire department has warned us that this is a serious fire safety infraction.
Access keys were made available to all owners/residents to prevent this from occurring.
For the sake of all residents DON’T DO THIS!
