Non-Resident Building Manager

The Building Manager is on site Monday to Saturday 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m., and on statutory holidays between 8:00 a.m. – 12:00p.m., with no service on Sundays. She assists you in the day to day operation of your community. Please note that the Building Manager may not be at their desk when you visit, but you may call for assistance.
Residents who require building specific help (booking moves, enterphone changes, FOBs, Visitor passes) or have general questions about the property can contact the Building Manager, and they will assist as needed. Any other items should be brought to the attention of the Strata Manager, who will forward them to the Strata Council. Items that may require a Council decision/authorization will be included in the next regular council meeting agenda.

Please let your strata Council know in advance if you wish to attend a council meeting to discuss a particular topic. Doing so will help your Council schedule adequate time for you and prepare. All requests to participate can go in writing to the Strata Manager.
